Scarce Little All Right Firearms Company Palm Pistol

One of the oddest of palm squeezers, the "Little All Right Palm" or "Squeezer" was patented by Edward Boardman and Andrew Peavy in 1876 with a total production of only several hundred. The top of the barrel features a slotted round tube holding a sliding trigger called a "pull". The revolver is held in the palm of the hand, the end of the barrel resting on the second finger, the forefinger being placed around the "pull" that, when pulled back, fires the revolver. The pull also acts as muzzle cover, since it folds down over the muzzle when the gun is not in use. The serial number is marked on the front of the frame. There are correctly no other markings on the metal surfaces. Fitted with two piece hard rubber grips marked "LITTLE/ALL/RIGHT/PATENTED/JAN'Y 18/1876" on the left and "ALL RIGHT/FIREARMS/CO./MANUFACTURERS/LAWRENCE/MASS./U.S.A." on the right.

Very fine. The pistol retains 70% of the somewhat frosted original nickel finish. Finish loss is due to some minor flaking. The action needs work, the cylinder is frozen. The grips are a little loose and can not be tightened, otherwise they are also very fine with a couple minor dings and handling marks, and the raised letters are crisp.
