Very good. The barrel retains 40% thinning original blue finish with some areas fading to a smooth gray and a few minor scratches. The receiver has mostly a smooth gray patina. The lever has a smooth mottled gray patina on the contact areas and bright case colors on the sides. The wood is good with a large chip absent on left side near buttplate, scattered minor pressure dents, dings and scratches. The engraving and markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
