Very fine. The barrel retains 90% original blue finish with some thinning to a smooth plum blue near the muzzle. The receiver retains 50% original blue finish with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The bolt retains 99% original blue finish, the lever and buttplate are a mix of original blue and smooth gray patina. The wood is excellent with a few minor dings and handling marks, and crisp checkering. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
