Excellent. The barrel retains 85% original bright high polish blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The cylinder retains 97% bright blue with some streaks and speckling of brown. The frame retains 95% plus original silver plating with most of the loss on the edges. The grips are excellent with the exception of a hairline crack on the left panel and some scattered mild scratches overall. The revolver box is fine with moderate wear on the lid edges and corners and a loose ammunition box partition. There is a minor tear on top of the lid, otherwise box is solid. The solid ammunition box is very fine with some minor wear. Overall both box labels have clear printing and vivid color.
