The left side of the slide is marked with the two line Hartford address/patent dates (1897 to 1911) with the circled Rampant Colt behind the serrations. The right side of the slide has the Brazilian emblem and "EXERCITO BRASILEIRO No 15487 / 1961". The right side of the frame is marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" and the serial number is marked on the left side of the frame. High polished blue finish with blue barrel, bright chamber, checkered wide hammer, slide stop, thumb safety and magazine release, smooth trigger, early rounded rear sight, lanyard loop on the heel of the frame, two tone magazine with lanyard loop and fitted with checkered walnut grips with diamond pattern around the screws.

Condition: Professionally restored to near mint condition. The grips are excellent with only slight handling marks and crisp checkering. The magazine has also been restored and remains very good. The markings are highlighted in white and remain clear and crisp. Mechanically excellent.
