Intricate and neatly penned collection of 13 AMQS on a single 8 x 9.5 off-white sheet, bearing a pencil drawing of Edvard Grieg by M. Wutzer, with all quotes dating circa 1930. Each composer pens several measures from one of their works, with most adding the title or notations as well. The composers represented are: Jean Sibelius (two bars from his tone poem ‘Tapiola’), Carl Nielsen, Ilmari Krohn, Johan Halvorsen, Peder Gram, Armas Järnefelt, Robert Kajanus, Louis Glass, Christian Sinding (two bars from his ‘Sinfonie III’), Gerhard Schjelderup, Selim Palmgren, Leevi Madetoja, and Halfdan Cleve. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of mild toning. An instant collection and well-penned example.
