Western Sterling & Inlay Cuff Bracelet by Tenerio. Gorgeous mosaic of inlay work, stone-to-stone and channel inlay work comprised of turquoise, red shell, mother-of-pearl and jet. Robert Tenerio entitled the piece ''Morning Star'' and sadly, this gifted artist passed away in May. Measures 6.5'', including opening and is 7/8'' wide. Stamped ''RMT'' ''Sterling''. Roderick Tenorio, an award winning artist from Santo Domingo, New Mexico is a 1981 graduate of the Institute of American Indian Arts, in Santa Fe, N.M.

Roderick is accomplished in sculpture, painting, and music as well as jewelry making. His unique symbolic interpretation and high degree of detail have earned him numerous esteemed jewelry awards at Santa Fe Indian Market, Eight Northern Pueblos Show, The New Mexico State Fair, The Gallup Inter-Tribal Ceremonials and the Heard Museum Exhibit, including the prestigious "Best of Show". Roderick expresses his spiritual belief through his work, most importantly, a respect for the sky, nature, and its gift of life.
