Native American San Ildefonso Black on Black Jar by Rosalie & Joe Aguilar, measures 3'' x 4'', signed on bottom by artists ''Rosalie + Joe LATTA'', Bio Info: Rosalie and Joe were some of the first famous potters of San Ildefonso. They both created pottery and collaborated on most pieces. They had eleven children, three of whom are famous San Ildefonso potters. Both were born in 1889. Rosalie passed away in 1947, Joe in 1965. Rosalie was a prolific potter but since she has been gone for so long, her pieces do not come up that often. They can be found in many museum collections across the nation.''
