Three Civil War documents signed by Rear Admiral Samuel P. Lee, famed Union Admiral, grandson of DOI Signer Richard Henry Lee and third cousin of the Confederate General. As Commander of the North Atlantic Blockading Squadron, lot includes: (1) Signed broadside dated 10 June 1863 from U.S. Flag Ship ''Minnesota'' measuring 8.5'' x 12.75'', regarding seized blockade vessels. (2) and (3) Two signed circulars dated 16 March 1863 and 10 April 1863 from the Minnesota, measuring 5'' x 8''. All documents signed ''S.P. Lee.''
