Sal Mineo signed photograph. Handsome 5” x 7” head-and-shoulders cardstock photo, signed and inscribed in black ink, “To Jackie, My sincere wishes to you, Sal Mineo.” Mineo, who starred in such classics as “Rebel Without a Cause,” “Giant,” and “Exodus,” was tragically stabbed to death at age 37. He was nominated for two Academy Awards and won an Emmy and a Golden Globe before he was 21. In fine condition, with some scattered light creases and surface marks.
