Sal Mineo signed photograph. Handsome 5'' x 7'' head-and-shoulders cardstock photo, signed and inscribed in black ink, ''To Jackie, My sincere wishes to you, Sal Mineo''. Mineo, who starred in such classics as ''Rebel Without a Cause,'' ''Giant'' and ''Exodus,'' was tragically stabbed to death at age 37. He was nominated for two Academy Awards and won an Emmy and a Golden Globe before the age of 21. In fine condition, with some scattered light creases and surface marks.
