Dublin : John Barlow, 1804. 122-pages, 12mo, recent paper wrapper : a very good to nice copy.Celebrated critical verse letters to Frederick Jones, licensee of the Dublin Theatre, “raised a tremendous storm in Dublin theatrical society, and were the cause of many pamphlets." - Lowe, Arnott & Robinson 1810. Croker is now best remebered for his cruel review of Keats's Endymion. (4) [CROKER ( John Wilson )]. [: in verse] to Frederick J----s [Jones], Esq. on the present state of the Irish stage.
