Nov. 28-Dec. 8, 1983. Presented to Judge and Mrs. Henry Meigs, In recognition of your outstanding service to the State of Kentucky and to the Nation." Certificate bears a preprinted signature of NASA Administrator James M. Beggs. Double-matted to an overall size of 20 x 16. In fine condition.
