Accompanied by a signed statement from Commander Paul Weitz stating, “This crew patch was flown aboard the first flight of the Space Shuttle Challenger, STS-6, April 4–9, 1983.” Patch and statement are double-matted and framed with a photo of liftoff to an overall size of 15 x 12.
