The flag is affixed to its 11 x 14 presentation certificate, which states: ‰ÛÏIn recognition of contributions made to the Hubble Space Telescope program, this United States flag flown aboard Discovery on the STS-31 mission is awarded to Richard King.‰Û The certificate bears printed signatures of Richard Truly and Lennard A. Fisk. In fine condition. Richard Sinclair King, known as ‰Û÷Dickey,‰Ûª worked as a mathematician at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for 35 years.
