Mr. Spock's light-up cold fusion device and accessories from Star Trek Into Darkness. Spock rigged a cold fusion explosive device to detonate within an erupting volcano on the M-class planet Nibiru.

The intricate electronic prop features a hard plastic shell with engraved Starfleet labeling that opens like a suitcase to reveal a futuristic cold fusion apparatus inside. The interior is largely made of resin, with static buttons, wires and numerous sticker labels. One side of the device features a circular storage container with a flip-up lid that houses a removable steel canister. The other side of the device features three resin cubes that fit within square slots over an LED floor panel that illuminates when the prop is plugged in with an AC adaptor. Also outfitted inside are platforms to support a tricorder and a production-modified mp3 and video player that includes two custom applications. The mp3 player applications include a bomb arming sequence that responds to the user's touch and a second application that serves as a timer. Additionally, this lot includes a power control box that connects to the prop, spare trim, wires, and screens.

The prop shows some wear due to production use with some of the interior trim no longer firmly attached within the case; however, the prop remains otherwise in good condition. Dimensions: 21" x 18" x 17" (53 cm x 46 cm x 43 cm)
