Firearms will only ship to licensed FFL holder with current FFL on file with WillieJax.
Items ship within 10 days of payment receipt. We ship UPS and UPS will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.

Credit or Debit Card Purchases are an additional 3% to cover the card fees, subject to auction. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement.
You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Hot Springs, SD or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of pickup from your FFL of choice. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

All of the guns sold in this auction are new, first quality guns with full manufacturer's warranty. Please call with any questions.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $25 to ship your gun. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
