Raised bead front and notch rear sights, with a partially faded makers mark reading "(illegible)/ST. LOUIS" (writer believes it to be Dimick, but cannot verify) on the top flat, drum bolster, double set triggers and an unmarked lock plate. Brass tipped stock, with a wooden ramrod, brass hand rest trigger guard, raised cheekpiece and a smooth brass buttplate.
