SPANISH COLONIAL, various mints, clump of four pillar and bust 2R, probably all Charles III, one a Mexican dated 1771 F. 26.45 grams total. Roughly 1" x ¼". Neat little leaning-stack clump featuring a dark and barely visible but certain Mexico 1771 F pillar 2 reales (rare from this wreck, even rarer in a clump) on one end and the reverse to a Mexico bust 2 reales of assayer FF on the other end, all covered in light encrustation with vibrant blue-green and white coral spotting. Recovered from: El Cazador, sunk in 1784 in the Gulf of Mexico
