Bid Retraction and Disputes: Bidders cannot retract their bids. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer may, at their sole discretion, resell the lot to the highest bidder.
Acceptance of Items: By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the item.
Lot Withdrawal and Bid Acceptance: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot before its sale and may reject bids that are only marginally higher than the previous bid.
Lot Consolidation or Breakdown: The auctioneer may consolidate or break down lots at their discretion.
Liability and Insurance: Yeg Park N Shop Limited assumes no liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their items in advance.
"As Is, Where Is" Condition: All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." No warranties or guarantees are implied, and no sale shall be invalidated due to any description errors. All sales are final.
Attendance Risk: Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal is at the attendee’s own risk. Yeg Park N Shop Auctions accepts no liability for safety.
Payment and Taxes: All invoices are charged to the registered credit card. If no alternative payment arrangements are made, Yeg Park N Shop Auctions is not liable for any issues with the credit card charges. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.
Possession and Payment: Possession of items is not granted until full payment is made. If payment is not received within the specified time, the auctioneer may resell the items, and any shortfall, along with commissions and expenses, will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Removal and Storage: Purchasers are responsible for removing items within the time specified by the auctioneer. Yeg Park N Shop Auctions will not refund expenses incurred. Proof of insurance may be required at the auctioneer’s discretion.
Unclaimed Items: Items not removed within the prescribed time will incur storage and service charges, and may be resold to cover these costs. Purchasers are liable for any damages or rent due to failure to remove items.
Non-Delivery Liability: If Yeg Park N Shop Auctions is unable to deliver any item or title, the only liability is the refund of any money paid.
Transport Responsibility: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange removal of items within the prescribed time. Yeg Park N Shop Auctions does not provide delivery or transport for live auction items.
Vehicle Purchases: Vehicles must be paid for using cash, debit, or bank draft. A maximum deposit of $1,000 can be charged to a credit card.
Pickup and Forfeiture: All items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase. Items left beyond this period will incur a $6 per day storage fee. Items remaining for 21 days or longer will be considered forfeited, with no refunds provided.
