PERFORMANCE CENTER PISTOL. Cal. 40 S&W. S# DSF0031. Bbl. 3.5". The "Shorty 40" was built by the S&W Performance Center to be distributed by Camfour in the year 2000. Though several other "Shorty 40" models have been produced in previous years this would be the first 2 tone finish variant. An aluminum frame w/ a stainless, 2 tone black & natural finish slide, is cut w/ front & rear serrations to enhance grip while cocking & plays host to Novak Lo-Mount carry 3 dot sights. Ambidextrous decocker only (not a safety). Bobbed lightening cut hammer. Bbl. utilizes a hand fit Briley Bushing. Checkered frontstrap & mag. release. Black checkered wrap around plastic grips w/ S&W insignia. Frame is marked on left side "SHORTY 40 2000" & bares the S&W Performance Center logo on the right side. Beveled magwell. MAGS: 2 factory 9 rd. marked "Performance Center". UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: attractive aluminum lockable case bearing lg. Performance Center medallion. Original cardboard shipping box. Lock & paperwork. CONDITION: all outward aspects indicate very little use if any beyond test firing. No outwardly visible blemishing in any aspect beyond 2 light rub marks on top right of slide under close inspection. Bright bore w/ strong rifling.
