A fine sterling knob cane with French hallmark of "LB" in diamond with unknown item between letters, other markappear to a Paris mark. The silver knob is a sphere with spiraling ribs on a short attached mounting collar, 1.5"diameter x 1.75" high. Mounted on a beautiful malacca tapered shaft stamped "Beitalle". Total length 35.5". Areally elegant knob.Missing ferrule, else excellent.(EST 400-600)
