Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100. Invoices must be paid before we will proceed to packaging your item(s). Shipping costs MUST BE PAID BY YOUR LIVE AUCTION WORLD REGISTERED CREDIT CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your shipping costs have been paid you will receive an updated invoice along with the Canada Post Tracking #. We start working on shipping after our 2 day pick up period & due to staffing/workload it may take up to 2 weeks before packages leave our showroom. WE DO NOT SHIP WITHIN THE OKANAGAN VALLEY.
Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions). We do not arrange courier shipments.
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.

Payment Details:
Invoices are available after the auction closes through your Live Auction World Account. If paying by e-transfer, send to: bob@doddsauction.com (auto-deposited)
Invoices paid by credit card that have a total of $1000 and higher will now incur a Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3%. As well, we no longer automatically process credit cards on invoices $1000 & higher. Payment must be done in person or provide authorization by email or telephone.
If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

RETURN POLICY: Limited guarantee ONLY (if electrical/mechanical items are not working) valid until 4PM, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29, 2026 No returns on "As Is" OR "Inoperable" items.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal or shipping.
First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.

Any sheds/garages, etc. sold at auction that may need to conform to local By-Laws/Regulations for installation is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.
