An anonymous rebuttal of John Shebbeare’s ’Fourth letter to the people of England’ and his contentions concerning Minorca and America. Shebbeare had accused the ministry of sacrificing British maritime and colonial interests in North America by slavishly pandering to the Hanoverian partialities of George II.<ALSO WITH THIS LOT: (1) JAMES II, King of England. the several depositions made in council on Monday, the 22d of October, 1688. concerning the birth of the Prince of Wales.
