SARGENT SHRIVER AND FAMILY
ROBERT SARGEN SHRIVER (1915 - 2011) American statesman and activist, husband of Eunice Kennedy Shriver. Served in the Kennedy and Johnson administrations, the driving force behind the creation of the Peace Corps, founded the Job Corps, Head Start and other programs, Ambassador to France, George McGovern's running mate. I.S.P. 19" x 17" (sight), an image of Shriver, wife EUNICE KENNEDY SHRIVER (1921-2009), who has also signed, and five of their children, including teenage MARIA SHRIVER (b. 1955), television personality. The photo is warmly dedicated to Herbery J. Kramer who served as director of public affairs for the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity during the Johnson Administration, where he championed the causes of the poor. Regrettably, exposure to the sun has caused the photo to have a very mottled appearance. Matted and framed.

Estimate: $100 - 150.
