Leonis Magni Romani Pontificis eius nominis primi, Maximi Taurinensis episcopi, Petri Chrysologi Ravennatis episcopi, Fulgentii episcopi Ruspensis, Valeriani episcopi Cemeliensis, opera omnia quae reperiri potuerunt. Cum indicibus necessariis. Lutetiae [Paris], Hieronymi Drouart, 1623.With printer's device on both title-pages, the first title in red and black, pages (12), cols 544 ; pp (4), cols 549 - 706, pp (10), (2, blank) ; pp (12), cols (1), 445, pp (1, blank), (6), (2, blank) : pp (12), cols (1), 25, 27 - 789, pp (2, blank), (15), numbering erratic in places, but complete, 5 pts in 2 vols, bound in 1, folio, old half calf : the binding a little worn but sound and strong and internally in very good to nice state.Leo (d.461), master exponent of papal supremacy. St Fulgentius, Bp of Ruspa (468-533), St Maximus of Turin (4th/5th cent), St Peter, Chrysologus, Archbp of Ravenna (c.400-450), Théophile Raynaud (1583-1663). Dedication signed Ioannes Ulimmerius and dated 1575.
