SADDLE RING AND OTHER RELICS FROM TOMBSTONE
A neat group of relics recovered from the legendary town of Tombstone, Arizona. The first is saddle ring measuring 2 1/4" x 2" oval and crafted from heavy-gauge metal (found in the 300 block of Fremont St. near the site of the gunfight of the O.K. Corral). Along with a nail measuring 1 1/2" (recovered at 2nd and Safford Sts.); a bullet and casing (4th and Allen Sts.) and a (damaged) Indian Head penny (4th and Fremont Sts.). All are oxidized, as expected, overall very good. With COA from an unidentified relic hunter.
