Writer Robert Kanigher presents us with this short story of tall tales and truth, which was illustrated by Russ Heath, who breathes life into every panel of this sensational page. Neptune, the King of the Seas dominates most of the page, but the final two panels show the Sea Devils in action. There is also a small inset panel of the Sea Devils' leader, hand-colored in marker, which is a remarkable rendering by Heath. The overall page size is 14.5" x 21" with an image area of 13" x 18".
