Ruger No. 1 rifle, special exhibition grade, .45-100 caliber, 2.6” case, 22” barrel, serial #133-52292. Fully and finely engraved and gold inlaid in presentation quality case by Double Gun Cases, Farmington NH. Theinformation in lid reads 13-5/8” stock, 22” barrel, rampant blade front sight, Ruger folding leaf rear sight, 6lbs 15-1/2” oz, 500grain bullet, 100 grains of blackpowder, muzzle velocity 1400 foot pounds. The rifleshows finely engraved scrolls on left side of receiver with William B. Ruger engraved in gold banner on left center of frame. Ruger name in gold on breech. 50th anniversary on center of right side of frame. The bottom offrame shows date “1949-1999”. The grip cap is engraved and gold inlaid with Ruger trademark. The remainder of the frame is flush gold inlaid borders, the sight rib is engraved in gold inlay, the bands in barreland muzzle are engraved and the muzzle shows a gold inlaid band. The rifle is stocked in select grain walnut, beautifully engraved and hand checkered with beautifully made recoil pad. The rifle shows no evidence of firing
