The Ruger SR40, like its brother, the SR9, is loaded with safety features.
Like other such striker-fired pistols, it has a striker safety, articulated
safety lever inset into the trigger, ambidextrous thumb safety, magazine
disconnect safety, and a loaded-chamber indicator. The backstrap on the
SR40 is easily reversed to provide either an arched or flat backstrap. The
sights are black, and both front and rear are drift adjustable for windage
correction, and the rear is adjustable for elevation. The sights are of the
popular three-dot variety. There is an accessory rail in front of the
trigger guard to accommodate a laser sight or flashlight.

You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Steele, ND or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. Multiple guns may be eligible for a discount on shipping, please ask. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
