<B>Ruff-Necked Humming Bird Audubon Royal Octavo Print.</B></I> Plate number 254 features the ruff-necked humming bird; two males and a female. This particular species has brown, green, and red plumage that is more pronounced on the male of the species. Audubon placed them in front of a very light pink-petaled flower and this makes them appear even more impressively colored. Comes complete with three pages of original text about the species. The print itself is in excellent condition; the left edge has a row of holes from where it was disbound; small stain in the lower left corner, not affecting the picture.
