I am quite prepared to abide by the conditions of the Provisional Form of application retuned herewith except that, as I do not drive my car, I should provide an efficient driver.” In very good condition, with uniform toning from previous display and mounting remnants to reverse of second integral page. Accompanied by an unsigned November 20, 1897, issue of The New York Times magazine, featuring an image of Kipling on the cover.
