<B>Rudyard Kipling: Signed Collection of Books from the Bombay Edition of <I>The Works of Rudyard Kipling</B></I>.</B></I> (London: Macmillan and Co., Limited, 1913), six assorted volumes, Volume I: 271 pages; Volume II: 286 pages; Volume III: 301 pages; Volume V: 346 pages; Volume XX: 256 pages; Volume XXII: 307 pages, light blue paper boards shelf-backed in tan cloth with black-lettered title plates affixed to the spine, 8vo (7" x 9.75"), clear plastic protective sleeve on boards, all housed in three separate tan cloth slipcases. Signed "<I>Rudyard Kipling</B></I>" on the series title page in Volume I. All volumes in very good condition with minimal shelf wear present and scattered foxing of the endpapers. The Bombay Edition of Kipling's writings first appeared in 20 volumes in 1913; by 1938, the edition had grown to 31 volumes. This selection of volumes from the original 1913 collection offers a broad spectrum of Kipling's writings from fiction and poetry to his travel writings and more.
