Here are two notarized contracts between the Press Publishing Company, proprietor of the <B>New York World</B></I> and Rudolph Dirks of the City of New York. The first contract is dated November 7, 1911 and the second is dated May 12, 1913. There is also an option notification dated October 15, 1917 and a contract memo which is dated October 16, 1922. These historical documents are approximately 8.5" x 11" and in Very Good condition. Dirks defined a vocabulary of comics language and created the most durable of all American comic strips.
