Marshall from His Majesty, the Emperor of Germany, August 1895-</B></I>3 3/4 x 3 1/4 in.<BR><I><BR>William II (Kaiser) (1859-1941)</B></I><BR><BR>Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia from 1888 through 1918, William eschewed the careful diplomacy that had taken his realm to prominence in European affairs under the "Iron Chancellor" Prince Otto von Bismarck.
