In part: “Before deciding whether to accept your offer of your house furnished, I beg you will do me the favour to state the earliest day on which you can give it up & the latest on which you desire to resume it, also to avoid misunderstanding the terms on which it is offered.” Scattered toning and soiling, pencil notation to top, and adhesive remnant along reverse vertical edge, otherwise fine condition.
