Major General Joseph Wheeler commanding 5th Army Corps; Brigadier General Leonard Wood on horseback, Santiago de Cuba, July 1898; Rough Riders Hailing the Surrender of Santiago de Cuba; Watering Place below San Juan Hill' Storming Kettle Hill; On Cossack Outpost Beyond San Juan Hill;Lieut. Col Teddy on horseback in June 1898 taken at San Antonio Texas and so many other important vintage photos of the era.The large album contains.more than 100 photos, snapshots and form of these Rough Riders and many of their autographs on photos, notes and letters. The importance of the assemblage can not be overstated.
