This gorgeous 8.25" long sterling silver jelly knife is in the elegant Rose pattern by Wallace. It was designed to serve jellied delicacies such as aspic, but it could also be used as a pie or cake server. The blade is nicely shaped, and the pattern is fancy on both the front and back of the handle and extends onto the top of the blade. This piece is pictured on page 141 of the book Sterling Silver Flatware for Dining Elegance by Richard Osterberg. It is in extremely good unmonogrammed condition and will cost $5 to ship to US addresses.
