Original vintage 5 x 8 handbill for “The Greatest Beat Show Ever to Be Staged In Britain,” which took place at Liverpool Stadium on May 3, 1960, which featured headliner Gene Vincent and the following supporting acts: Rory Storm and the Hurricanes [with Ringo Starr on drums], Davy Jones, Nero and His Gladiators, Lance Fortune, Dean Webb, The Viscounts, Julian X, Colin Green and the Beat Boys, Peter Wynne, Cass and His Cassanovas, Mal Perry and Ricky Lea, and Jerry and the Pacemakers. Eddie Cochran had also initially been booked to play at the concert, but he was tragically killed in a road accident on April 17, 1960. The Beatles and also their future manager Brian Epstein were in the audience at this concert. In fine condition, with some light creasing. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
