Signed book: Where's the Rest of Me? First edition, second printing. NY: Duell, Sloan and Pearce, 1965. Hardcover with dust jacket, 5.75 x 8.25, 316 pages. Signed on the first free end page in black ballpoint by Ronald Reagan. In fine condition, with some minor creasing to the top of the dust jacket. The title for this autobiography derives from Reagan's famous line in the 1942 film King's Row, when his character, orphan Drake McHugh, following a boxcar accident, wakes up in a hospital and discovers that his legs have been amputated.
