Signed at the bottom by Reagan as Captain and Civilian Personnel Officer. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, and a bit of scattered light toning. As part of the army’s 1st Motion Picture Unit in Culver City, Reagan assisted in the production of more than 400 training films.
