Draft TLS, signed “RR,” with corrections and additions in Reagan’s hand, one page, 8.5 x 11, September 27, 1967. Letter to Israeli Prime Minister Levi Eshkol introducing two friends of Reagan’s. Reagan has crossed out and added several words to the type text, as well as rewriting the final paragraph at the bottom. He writes “I have asked them to please convey my best wishes to you and to express the friendship and admiration so many of us feel for your nation & your people.” In fine condition, with staple hole and small tear to top left, missing lower right corner tip, and a few wrinkles.
