<B>Ronald Reagan and William Holden Signed Contracts for the Screen Actors Guild.</B></I> This lot contains four contracts signed by Ronald Reagan and one by William Holden. Reagan served as president of the Screen Actors Guild from 1947 to 1952 and again from 1959 to 1960. These contracts date from 1948 (x2), 1949, and 1952. The four Reagan signed contracts are signed by him as S.A.G. president, and are all a "Supplement to the Basic Contract Document". The vitals on each document are as follows: <B>1).</B></I> Signed "<I>Ronald Reagan</B></I>", three pages, 8.5" x 10.5", np, January 2, 1952. Very fine condition; mounted onto a large blue backing sheet. <B>2).</B></I> Signed "<I>Ronald Reagan</B></I>", two pages, 8.5" x 11", np, June 1, 1948. In very fine condition; staple holes on upper left corner; both papers are detatched; light toning on second page. <B>3).</B></I> Signed "<I>Ronald Reagan</B></I>", two pages, 8.5" x 11", np, December 31, 1948. In very fine condition; light overall toning on both pages; staple holes in the upper left corner. <B>4).</B></I> Signed "<I>Ronald Reagan</B></I>", three pages, 8.5" x 11", np, April 21, 1949. In very fine condition; staple holes in upper left corner; light overall toning on all pages; third page creased. <BR><BR>The William Holden contract is signed by him as vice president of the S.A.G. He was vice president under Reagan in this organization. The document is also a "Supplement to Basic Contract". It is signed "<I>William Holden</B></I>", two pages, 8.5" x 11", np, May 1, 1949. In very fine condition; staple holes in upper left corner; light overall toning; crease in the lower right corner of first page. An excellent grouping of Screen Actors Guild contracts signed by two its most famous leaders!
