Ronald Reagan TLS 1989
"WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS BY THE AUCTIONEER ONCE ALL BIDS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER FOR EACH LOT."
Typed letter signed by Ronald Reagan. Composed on Presidential Seal stationery and dated 2 May 1989, Reagan writes to Marion Grimm, the widow of Chicago Cubs manager, Charlie Grimm. In part: ''...Nancy had a bout with...'Walking Pneumonia'. But that's all gone now and we're finding ourselves very busy. I've been to Scottsdale three times to make speeches...Rex is having a little trouble getting used to outdoor living...He'll be a Californian pretty soon now...Sincerely, Ron.'' Some light wrinkling, otherwise excellent condition.
