In part: ''...I've been keeping very busy. I'm practicing my golf on a regular basis; I've been to a few hockey games and one Dodger baseball game. As you know, Nancy and I went to Pat Nixon's funeral, and it was very sad. She was a wonderful woman, and she will be sorely missed...Sincerely, Ron.''
