Global Auctions International will handle all domestic shipments at buyer's expense. Allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Global Auctions International will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company. International shipments and all bronze and ivory sculptures will be shipped by Core Logistics’ (310-970-7676 or ops@rockitcore.com). Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying Core Logistics’ Shipping directly for any and all of their services. All oversized items will be shipped freight C.O.D. by Core Logistics.
Buyer’s premium is 15%.
Payment Details:
All major credit cards are accepted. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted. For credit card payments, Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $8500 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction. The buyer forfeits any item that has not been paid for and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Global Auctions International and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Global Auctions International reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by Global Auctions International if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.
