Roman Empire, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th century CE. A small mold-made terracotta vessel with a base comprised of two concentric rings and a raised dot in the center, smooth rounded bottom section with a raised geometric motif, dual raised lateral lines running parallel to each other underneath a small flared wick spout, a raised ring encompassing a large fill hole, and a miniscule thumb rest comprised of several raised geometric shapes. Four fishbone-style designs grace either side of the fill hole, and a large disc-shaped floral design is stamped in between the fill hole and wick spout.
