Color 30 x 7.5 poster for Undercover, featuring colorful images of each band member, signed in silver ink by each band member to Jo Wood (ex-wife of Ronnie Wood): Charlie Watts, adding “No sweat,” “Will you marry me yet? R.,” “Unwed mum of 3 turns starlet! Mick Jagger,” “3 in a bed, Keith Richards,” and “You can share my bath anytime! Love, Bill Wyman.” Rolled and in very good condition, with several noticeable vertical creases, a couple lightly affecting a couple of signatures, and other scattered light creasing and wrinkling.
This banner was given to Jo Kerslake in 1983 by Ronnie Wood (hence his inscription, “Will you marry me yet?”). She did indeed marry Wood two years later in 1985 and was in the Stones inner circle for over 25 years until their recent messy divorce. A unique piece with close association and salacious sentiments!
