Incredibly rare set of five vintage glossy 6.5 x 8.5 silver gelatin photos of the Rolling Stones, picturing each member backstage at Guildford's Odeon Theatre on February 12, 1964, with each musician signing in black ballpoint, "Mick Jagger," "Love, Keith Richards," "Best wishes, Bill Wyman," "Charlie Boy, xx," and "Brian Jones," who also signs the reverse in blue ballpoint. In overall fine condition, with some skipping to Jones's first name. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. The Rolling Stones embarked on an impressive six concert tours in 1964, with these photographs taken early on during their second British tour, which consisted of 58 shows and lasted from February 8th until March 7, 1964. On February 21st, the Stones released a cover of Buddy Holly and the Crickets' song 'Not Fade Away,' their first US single and their first Top 10 hit in Great Britain, reaching number three. An immensely desirable cast of early Stones photos signed by the band during a pivotal moment in their careers.
