DS, six pages, 8.5 x 11, November 6, 1964. Agreement between Pan Pacific Promotions and the Rolling Stones for the band to perform “Concert in various cities in Australia and New Zealand commencing January 22, 1965 thru February 9, 1965: 14 playing days out of a total of 19 days; 2 shows per day.” Signed at the conclusion by Jagger and countersigned by promoter Harry M. Miller, and also initialed by Jagger on three pages to approve emendations. In fine condition, with expected wear, staple holes, and tiny bit of paper loss to signed page. This was the first Rolling Stones tour of Australia and its surrounding region, appearing in cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Auckland before playing a final show in Singapore on February 16. Such early Stones material is highly sought after, and this early tour contract represents the start of their international fame.
